As of October 2019, Refined (Lindfield – Builder Northpoint) located at 51-55 Lindfield Avenue, Lindfield, NSW has completed the following works:

• Bulk excavation progressing – approximately 80% complete.
• Bulk excavation near the final level at the Lindfield Avenue end of the site. Working back towards the Havilah Lane side.
• 3^rd drop of shotcrete completed to the Lindfield Avenue end of the site
• 2^nd drop of shotcrete completed to the North and South ends of the site
• 1^st drop of shotcrete completed to the Havilah Lane end of the site
• All temporary shoring anchors complete.
• Substation due to be energized this week.

• Shoring wall face was finished with nice and smooth finish after shotcrete completed.

• Bulk excavation activity is underway as per program.

• Cast-in drainage duct prevents the shoring wall from issue caused by underground water seepage in basement.
