As of September 2019, Refined (Lindfield – Builder Northpoint) located at 51-55 Lindfield Avenue, Lindfield, NSW has completed the following works:
■ Shoring wall piling and capping beam works completed.
■ Bulk excavation works 50% completed.
■ Shotcreting works commenced.
■ Tower crane erected.
■ Substation kiosk and street lighting works near complete.
■ Substation is planned to be energised end of September.
