As of June 2023, Verset Stage Two, Rouse Hill has completed the following works:

• All buildings are topped out – all slab pours have been completed.
• Wall framing works are progressing in all buildings.
• In Building H, wall sheeting is up to L3 and ceiling sheeting is up to L2
• In Building G, services rough-in and window installation have commenced.
