As of March 2024, Verset Stage 2 (Builder Westbourne), located in Rouse Hill has completed the following works:

• Certifier inspections are ongoing.
• Final touch-ups to units are underway.
• External landscaping works are 95% complete.
• Testing and Commissioning are nearing completion.
