We are pleased to provide the latest progress report on the construction of Archwood Residences Townhouse as of February. Here’s a summary of the progress made in each block:

Blocks A/B:

• Rough-ins for electrical, mechanical, fire, and hydraulic services are nearing completion.
• Brickwork is 50% complete.
• Subsill/Subhead work is 40% complete.

Block C:

• Fire services have been installed.
• External brickwork is complete.
• External stone cladding is 80% complete.
• Work is in progress on electrical, hydraulic, and flooring systems.
• Door installation is ongoing.
• Irrigation and waterproofing are ongoing.

Block D:

• Electrical, mechanical, and fire service cut-outs are halfway completed.
• Floor screeds have been laid.
• Secondary waterproofing work is underway.
• Windows and external cladding are 80% complete.

Block E:

• All electrical, mechanical, and fire service cut-outs are complete.
• Floor tiling and louvres to the South have been installed.

Block F:

• Electrical, mechanical, and fire service cut-outs are complete.
• Louvres to the South have been installed.
• Tiling work is ongoing.
• Kitchen installation is in progress.

Block G:

• Electrical, mechanical, and fire service cut-outs are halfway completed.
• Floor screeds are installed.
• Secondary waterproofing is ongoing.
• External cladding is 80% complete.
