As of October 2022, Verset Stage II (Builder-Westbourne Construction) Rouse Hill has completed the following works:
—Area 1-3 Basement 1 slab completed
—Formwork for Area 1 ground floor slab commenced
—Area 4-6 pad footing pouring in progress
—Basement 2 in-ground work commenced
