As we come to an end of this winter season, time to say goodbye to the wet weather that has been a hindrance to all construction projects!
Despite the extreme wet weather, we maintained our construction progress by dewatering and sequencing measures this month. Among other completed tasks, as of August 2022, Verset Stage II (Builder-Westbourne Construction) Rouse Hill has completed the following works:
1. Basement 1 shotcrete 90% competed
2. Basement 2 capping beam completed
3. Basement 1 bulk excavation 95% completed
4. Basement 2 bulk excavation 90% completed
5. Construction Certificate 2 drawings completed
6. Kerbs poured for western and northern roads
7. Substation Kiosk Energised
8. Dewatering of site due to inclement weather
