We are delighted to share the latest updates on the ongoing construction at The Archwood Residences townhouses. Here’s a summary of the significant progress achieved as of October 2023:

Completed Works:

• Blocks D, F, E, C, and G: Lightweight Steel and Structural Steel with Lift Shafts have been entirely completed, signifying a substantial milestone in the construction process.
• Blocks AB: Lightweight Steel and Structural Steel with Lift Shafts are currently at 50% completion, progressing steadily according to the project schedule.
• Brickwork Progress: Block C’s brickwork is fully completed and undergoing the cleaning phase. Block F’s brickwork is finished, while Block E stands at 80% completion, with cleaning in progress.
• Windows Installation: The progress in Block C has reached 30% completion.
• Internal Partitioning: Significant progress has been achieved in Block C, with Level 2 at 70%, Level 1 at 20%, and Ground Floor at 20% completion concerning internal partitioning.
• Balcony Waterproofing: Waterproofing Block C’s balconies has reached 50% completion.
