As you pass by our Verset Stage II project, you may notice a sizeable difference. Our first crane is up and now fully operational! This means our project is ramping up speedily as we’ll be able to do all the heavy lifting.
As of September 2022, Verset Stage II (Builder-Westbourne Construction) Rouse Hill has completed the following works:
– Basement 2 shotcrete completed
– Basement detailed excavation 90% completed
– Road asphalt completed
– Temporary board energisation
– Pad footings (area 1 & 2) completed
– Crane erected and operational
– Construction certificate 2 approval
