As of January 2024, Verset Stage Two (Builder Westbourne), located at Rouse Hill, NSW, has completed the following works:

– All internal tiling has been completed.

– Play equipment has been installed.

– External turfing works have been completed.

– External blockwork is nearing completion.

– All lobbies are almost finished.

– External paving is underway.

– External decking is in progress.
