We are excited to share the progress of Verset Stage 2 with you this month. Our team is working diligently to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly. We are pleased to provide you with our latest construction update.

As of September 2023, Verset Stage 2 (Builder Westbourne), located in Rouse Hill, NSW has completed the following works:

• The scaffold dismantling for Building H is complete.
• Fit-off works for Building H are ongoing.
• The flooring for Building H is complete.
• Waterproofing works are in progress for Buildings E, F, and G.
• OSD tanks are nearing completion.
