Verset Stage II (Rouse Hill – Builder Westbourne) Monthly Updates – July 2022

As of July 2022, Verset Stage II (Builder-Westbourne Construction) Rouse Hill has completed the following works:

1. Excavation and leveling of the newly constructed road surface have been completed

2. The road stormwater drainage pipe has been installed.

3. B1 Bulk excavation of the basement is 95% complete.

4. Detailed excavation work is in progress.

5. The piles for the first and second basement levels have been completed and shotcrete basement wall reinforcement structure has started.

6.  Substation and associated trenching are prepared for connection.
