As of February 2023, Verset Stage II (Builder-Westbourne Construction) Rouse Hill has completed the following works:
- Building H level 3 slab pour completed. The roof slab is targeted to be poured in mid-March.
- Building E & F ground floor slab reinforcement is in progress.
- Building G ground floor slabs pour completed, with scaffolding and formwork underway for level 1.
- Ground floor Building H Setout in progress preparing for framing works.
