We are delighted to share the latest updates on the ongoing construction at The Archwood Residences townhouses. The construction progress is going beautifully this month.

As of Jun 2024, we have completed the following work in each block:

Block A & B

– All service rough-ins are completed.

– Internal tiling is finished.

– Kitchen installation is 70% complete.

– Door installation is 95% complete.

– Scaffold strip is completed.

Block C

– All service fit-offs are done.

– FF&E is completed.

– Planters and patio waterproofing are finished.

– Fencing is 70% complete.

Block D & G

– Tiling is complete.

– Kitchen installation is 95% complete.

– Door installation is 95% complete.

– Windows installation, façade works, and brickwork are finalized.

– Waterproofing to planters is completed.

Block E

– Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical works are 95% complete.

– FF&E is 90% complete.

– Façade fit-off and planter brickwork are finished.

Block F

– Joinery work is completed.

– Electrical is 90% complete.

– Hydraulic and mechanical services are completed.

– FF&E is 90% complete.

– Planter brickwork is finished.
