We are delighted to share the latest updates on the ongoing construction at The Archwood Residences townhouses. The construction progress is going beautifully this month.

As of May 2024, we have completed the following work in each block:

Block AB –

Internal Sheeting is 90% complete

Façade Brickwork is complete

Windows installation is 95% complete

External Cladding is complete

Block C –

Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical services fit-off is 90% complete

Fire services is complete

Flooring, stone tops, door installation is complete

FF&E is 90% complete

Scaffold strip and Brickwork is complete

Stone cladding is 95% complete

Irrigation is complete

Planters waterproofing is complete

Block D & G –

Internal tiling is nearly complete

Kitchens installation is 80% complete

Door Installation is 80% complete

Fire service is complete

Windows installation is 90% complete

Façade works and fit-off is 80% complete

Scaffold strip is complete

Block E –

Internal flooring is complete

Internal tiling is 98% complete

Kitchen installation is 60% complete

Door installation is complete

Fire service is complete

Scaffold strip is complete

Façade fit-off is 80% complete

Planter brickwork is 80% complete

Block F –

Internal flooring, tiling, door installation is complete

Joinery with stone tops is 75% complete

Electrical and mechanical services fit-off is 70% complete

Hydraulic services fit-off is 80% complete

Fire service is complete

Scaffold strip and façade fit-off is complete

Planter brickwork is 80% complete
