We are delighted to share the latest updates on the ongoing construction at the Archwood Residences townhouses. The construction progress of the Archwood Residences townhouses is going beautifully this month.

As of January 2024, the Builder-Growthbuilt project in Roseville has completed the following work in each block:

Block C:

• Internal and external tiling are completed.
• Joinery is 80% done.
• Floor preparation is ongoing.
• Sandstone work is in progress.

Block F:

• Window installation is nearing completion.
• Bi-fold progress is 50% on the ground floor.
• Waterproofing is in progress.
• Tiling is underway.
• External cladding is complete.

Block E:

• The wall and ceiling lining are complete.
• Window installation is in progress.
• The waterproofing process is ongoing.
• Tiling is underway.
• External cladding is complete.

Block D & G:

• Window installation is complete.
• External cladding is 80% complete.
• Internal partitioning is complete.

Block A/B:

• Lightweight structure is complete.
• Service rough-in is complete.
• Staircases installed.
