We are pleased to provide an update on the progress of The Archwood Residences, our luxury townhouse construction project.

As of August 2023, we have achieved Important achievements on the site and are delighted to share some of the key highlights with you.

Block A/B:

• Steel framing up to roof level for Lots 10–12
• Lift shafts for structural steel were installed.

Block C:

• Hydraulic pressure services are completed.
• Electrical rough-in at 90% completion.
• Façade cladding commences with top-floor brick installation.
• Ongoing work on window subframes.
• Stair structure installation is mostly done.

Block F:

• Steel framing is complete.
• Roof sheeting is 90% complete.

Block G:

• Exhaust riser block work is mostly finished.
