Proud to share that The Archwood Residences has been recognised with the Highly Commended Award for Low Rise Residential Development at the 2025 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards.

This award celebrates the collective vision and hard work of Mayrin Group, Growthbuilt, and DKO Architecture in delivering high-quality, sustainable housing in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

Located in Roseville, just 11km from the CBD, The Archwood Residences introduces a rare low-density living option to a suburb traditionally dominated by detached homes. The project features 42 thoughtfully designed, three-storey townhouses that balance functionality, privacy, and environmental performance.

Highlights of the project include approximately 50% of homes featuring private lifts to enhance accessibility, thoughtful design that maximises natural light, ventilation, and encourages community connections, the use of over 2,000m² of locally sourced sandstone to elevate both aesthetics and thermal efficiency, and landscaping where more than 60% of plantings are native, low-maintenance species that enhance ecological value and reduce long-term upkeep.
